📄 Refund and Returns Policy for Digital Products
Overview
Our refund policy for digital products lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Due to the nature of digital goods, returns are only eligible if the product has not been downloaded, accessed, or used. Once a digital item is delivered or accessed, it is considered “used” and non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Gift cards or promotional credits
- Any product accessed or downloaded
- Custom digital services once delivered
To complete a refund request, we require proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- Duplicate purchases
- Technical errors preventing access or download
- Incorrect product delivered due to our error
Requests must be submitted within the 30-day window.
💳 Refunds
Once your request is received and reviewed, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time to post.
- Contact your bank for processing delays.

🎁 Sale Items
Only regular-priced digital products are eligible for a Full refund. Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
We do offer exchanges for digital products. If you received the wrong item or experienced a technical issue, contact us and we’ll work to resolve it.
🎁 Gifts
If the digital product was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return. If the gift was sent to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to them.
📦 Shipping Returns
Digital products do not require physical shipping. If you purchased a bundled item that includes physical goods, please contact us for specific return instructions.
